Hotel logistics in Boston

Boston hotels usually do not charge resort fees. Downtown parking runs $50–65 a night. Rates spike sharply for fall foliage (mid-September through October), college move-in (late August), and graduation week (mid-to-late May). The Silver Line bus from Logan Airport is free outbound from the terminals into South Station. The T subway is the cheapest way around — most tourist areas are walkable from downtown hotels.
