The anchor property we track in Miami
Curated referenceWe maintain a single anchor reference per city — a well-known property where we keep an up-to-date pre-stay fact sheet (check-in, WiFi, parking, amenities, walking distances). It's not an endorsement or a booking recommendation; it's a representative property for understanding Miami hotel norms.
The Miami Beach EDITION
2901 Collins Avenue, Miami, FL
The Miami Beach EDITION is Ian Schrager and Marriott's reimagining of the 1955 Seville Hotel at Collins Avenue and 29th in Mid-Beach. Inside the property are a bowling alley, ice-skating rink, and the basement nightclub Basement — unusual amenities for a beachfront resort. The Matador Room is Jean-Georges Vongerichten's on-site restaurant. The walk to Lincoln Road Mall and the Art Deco district is about 25 minutes along the beach path.
